Select Functional Movement Assessment with ART Active Diagnosis
This year's Active Release Techniques annual training deserves it's own mention. The Select Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) is a powerful diagnostic tool that helps me find the problems my patients don't know about which are usually the causes of the problems they do know about. Go ahead and read that again - it's a different way of thinking about how our body works. It's a different way to approach treatment and I'm already seeing an improvement in results.
RockTape Basic

Certification course required for utilizing kinesiology taping with my Corporate Solutions clients. I chose this training because I wanted to have another tool available during worksite sessions and to hear updated information on research that has been done with kinesiology tape since the last time I had this kind of training.

Active Release Techniques annual training
2016-present
I am currently Full Body Level 2 certified and have also taken Nerve (see icons above). I look foward to learning Select Functional Movement Analysis and Active Diagnosis in November. I continue to choose Active Release Techniques as my primary intervention because it is the most effective and efficient soft-tissue treatment system I have ever encountered.
